About the workshop

Many people prefer to do personal growth work with the support of a group and facilitator. Divine Demons workshop leaders teach participants how to use the Divine Demons transformation tool and create a supportive environment as they use the tool for the first time.

Guiding participants through the transformation process and watching as they develop new empowerment is very rewarding work. You develop a connection with wonderfully committed people and see the effects of your teaching immediately. With each use of the transformation tool, people experience shifts in their lives. There is a great deal of flexibility in tailoring the workshop to your unique talents and passions. The Workshop Leader Training will teach you the fundamentals of Divine Demons, while encouraging you to adapt it to your work.

Revenue from workshops is yours – no royalties or franchise fees. Recommended per-person fee is $125 for standard workshop. You are free to add your own components or create package deals and adjust the price accordingly.

Purchase of Divine Demons: Reclaiming the Power of Your Destiny at wholesale price - 40% discount. (Book/cards are used as materials for workshops you teach)

Cost is $2500 (some flexibility is available for payment terms)

Requirements of Workshop Leaders

Complete the training program (or equivalent)
Practice until you are comfortable teaching the workshop
Share ideas with colleagues during conference calls
Pay for workshop materials within 30 days (This is book/cards for workshops you are teaching)
Complete the Divine Demons process/exercises yourself at least five times prior to teaching.
Limit attendance at workshops to no more than 20.
Agree to follow the intent of the Divine Demons process in your teaching
Acknowledge that the intellectual property rights of Divine Demons: Reclaiming the Power of Your Destiny are owned by Carla Berg and that copyrights will not be infringed.

How are Divine Demons workshops structured?

In order to provide intimacy, individual attention and plenty of time for discussion, workshops are limited to 20 participants. Workshop leaders set the price, handle arrangements and marketing, and keep the proceeds of the workshops. There are no royalty or franchise fees. Recommended pricing is $125 per participant. The standard workshop contains approximately 7-8 hours of material and works well in one whole-day, two half-day, or four once-weekly sessions.

Leaders may offer supplemental service packages, such as follow-up coaching sessions. For example, you may offer a package charging $150 for the workshop and a half-hour coaching session.

Are there other opportunities that stem from these workshops?

Because it is often hard to find or make time to do one’s inner work at home, workshop participants often ask for additional support to provide structure and sharing to their individual efforts. To accommodate this, workshop leaders may offer individual coaching or may set up a schedule of dedicated sessions for working through the Divine Demons process. One method that works well is a designated weekly or bi-weekly session at which participants discuss the shifts that are occurring in their lives, and then complete the transformation exercises individually. These sessions last 2-3 hours and may be set up on a drop-in or scheduled basis. The workshop leader determines the schedule and fees.
